Since moving to Seattle nine years ago, I’ve worked with professionals throughout the technology industry, including software engineers, managers, directors, founders, C-suite executives, and L10 leaders. I understand the unique pressures that accompany high-performance environments such as chronic stress, anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, burnout, and the challenge of balancing achievement with personal well-being. While much of my practice includes professionals in the technology industry, I welcome adults from all backgrounds seeking greater self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.   • Shadow work (I have helped clients examine their Shadow—unconscious, buried aspects of oneself that can interfere with relationships, emotional growth, and life goals. The Shadow was theorized by Carl Jung).

Services, Rates & Policies

In-Person & Remote Appointments:
$250 (50-minute session)

I meet with clients in-person and remotely (video and telephone sessions). In-person sessions take place at my Redmond office located at:

All major credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, and Health Saving Account (HSA) cards are accepted. I provide morning, afternoon, and evening appointments for adults. As an out-of-network psychologist, I provide documentation at the end of every month for insurance reimbursement.

Cancellation Policies:
Clients are required to provide a major credit card when booking their first appointment. If a client cannot keep their first appointment, they must give at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged the full session fee. After their first appointment, clients have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Clients who do not show up for their appointment, or cancel their appointment within 48hrs, are required to pay the full session fee.
